After going through ALL. THE. THINGS... what actually helped me feel better as a mom, wife, friend, and ME was exactly what I am going to teach you over 60 days together.

I break it down into 3 main sections...

1. Implement the 5 Principles

Shift your focus to just 5 basic things that have a huge impact on your health.

2. Add Accessory Support

Once you've mastered the 5 basic principles, add on the accessory support techniques to further tailor your postpartum experience.

3. Make it Last

Learn what to do to actually stick with your goals long-term and create new healthy habits with EASE.
